Plot-space layout knobs for the hypergraph view.

z_spacing stacks the size shells vertically, so height encodes subset size; set it to 0 for a flat (planar) arrangement. The embed_*_weight fields weight the purview, mechanism, and direction blocks of the global-embedding layout; purview dominates by default. embed_planar flattens that layout to two dimensions (z = 0), mirroring the planar scatter view.
