Functions for manipulating probability distributions.

Functions

flatten(repertoire[, big_endian])	Flatten a repertoire, removing empty dimensions.
marginal(repertoire, node_index)	Get the marginal distribution for a node.
marginal_zero(repertoire, node_index)	Return the marginal probability that the node is OFF.
max_entropy_distribution(all_node_indices, ...)	Return the maximum entropy distribution over a purview.
normalize(a)	Normalize a distribution.
purview(repertoire)	Return the purview over which a repertoire is distributed.
purview_size(repertoire)	Return the size of a repertoire's purview.
repertoire_shape(all_node_indices, purview)	Return the shape of a repertoire.
unflatten(repertoire, purview, N[, big_endian])	Unflatten a repertoire.
