System value type — (Substrate, state, node_subset, partition).

A System is the unit of analysis for IIT: a substrate evaluated in a specific state over a specific subset of its nodes, optionally with a partition applied. Immutable, hashable. The partition is a constructor argument (default NullCut, i.e. no edges severed), not a hidden mode.
