pyphi.visualize.distribution.plot_repertoires(system, sia, **kwargs)[source]#

Compare a system’s forward repertoires with those of its MIP.

One panel per direction overlays the unpartitioned and partitioned forward repertoires of the whole system.

Parameters:

system (System) – The system.
sia (SystemIrreducibilityAnalysis) – Its system irreducibility analysis, whose partition is applied.
**kwargs – Passed to plot_distribution().

Returns:

tuple – The Matplotlib figure and its two axes (cause, effect).
