pyphi.serialize.convert.decode_document(payload, frame, node_labels=None)[source]#

Decode payload under a document label frame.

frame is the document’s stored NodeLabelsSchema (or None); node_labels is a caller-supplied domain NodeLabels that replaces it.

Parameters:

  • node_labels (Any)
