pyphi.relations.relations(distinctions, relation_computation=None, **kwargs)[source]#

Return causal relations among a set of distinctions.

Requires ResolvedDistinctions: relations between distinctions whose tied specified states haven’t been disambiguated by a SIA system_state can include phantom faces that wouldn’t exist after resolution. Pass the result of resolve_congruence() or use pyphi.formalism.iit4.ces() to obtain a consistent structure.
