class pyphi.models.partitions.DirectedSetPartition(node_indices, cut_matrix, set_partition, node_labels=None)[source]#

Bases: EdgeCut

A k-way set partition of nodes with per-part directional cuts.

Stores both the explicit severance matrix (inherited from EdgeCut) and the semantic set-partition structure (set_partition: which node indices group together; parts: the corresponding actual node indices).

Parameters:

node_indices (tuple[int, ...])
