pyphi.formalism.queries.evaluate_partition(cs, direction, mechanism, purview, partition, repertoire=None, partitioned_repertoire=None, partitioned_repertoire_kwargs=None, **kwargs)

Evaluate a mechanism partition’s φ.

Dispatches to the active formalism’s evaluate_mechanism_partition. The caller is expected to thread mechanism_measure (and any other measure kwargs) through **kwargs; the active formalism’s method forwards them to its internal helper.
