pyphi.campaign.shards.plan_sia_shards(system, units_per_job, memory_floor_bytes=0)[source]#

Plan system-partition strides for the system irreducibility analysis.

Formalisms without specified-state pins (IIT 3.0) compute their SIA over every partition at once, so they get a single task.

Parameters:
