pyphi.cache.cache_utils.memory_full()

Check if the memory is too full for further caching.

Measures resident memory against memory_ceiling_bytes when that is set, and otherwise against memory_ceiling_percentage of the memory this process may use (see memory_limit_bytes()) — which is the machine’s total only when the process is free to use all of it.
