The exact sum of distinction φ plus the relation certificate of
sum_phi_relations_measured_bound(). For a complete distinction set this is a certified ceiling on the Φ of the structure.- Parameters:
distinctions (iterable) – The distinctions of a Φ-structure. Must be a resolved set — each mechanism at most once.
