pyphi.core.repertoire_algebra#
Stateless repertoire computation over System.
Layer 2 of the kernel. Functions take a System as the first argument; results are memoized via a per-instance decorator that purges when the System is garbage-collected.
Threading#
The kernel cache is the thread-safe pyphi.cache.ContentCache
(eviction and refcount bookkeeping locked; the hot read path lock-free) —
see pyphi.cache.
Functions

Cause information — distance between cause repertoire and unconstrained. |
